Hello doctor. My 2 and a half year old son has white spots all iver his upper teeth and his front 4 teeth turned brown and broken. We are not giving any sweets or chocolates biscuits etc. And he is exclusuvely bewastfed for 6 months and still he is breastfed. What should i do for this issue. Please advise

Sila kulandhaigaluku late ah dan pallu molaikkum. En frnd oda paiyanuku 16 months aguthu ipo dan 2 pallu molachiruku. En ponnuku 6,7 months laye 4 pallu irundhadhu. So every child is different
